A controlling module of the system contains a sensor checking chlorine or active oxygen content (depending on the disinfection method). Latest models have been equipped with a pH value control. The information on up-to-date water parameters is displayed on the central unit. On that basis the unit calculates the required amount of chemicals. Dosing is most often done by means of so-called peristaltic pumps connected with a tube to liquid chemical containers. The continual control and dosage cycle results in the ideal condition of your pool water. Remember, however, to replace containers with chemicals on time, and to clean measuring sensors once in 3 months (or order the task to an experienced pool maintenance company).
