We do not sell or share with any third party any information on either users’ personal data and addresses of our customers; we do not send spam!

If you do not accept the Privacy Statement, do not enter the shop.

Personal data protection

Shop.mikapa.pl guarantees that all user’s personal data are collected and processed in accordance with all security standards. They are collected and processed exclusively to complete your order, compile commercial statistics and prepare a discount policy for our regular customers.

sklep.mikapa.pl will not transfer or share your personal information with third parties except when it is required for payment processing in the AllPay system (credit cads, mTransfer or Inteligo).
All users are entitled to view their own personal data, to correct or delete them.

Free information subscription

Mikapa does not send spam. We post only the information our customers specifically require us to. Registered users may subscribe to free information service on:
- changes and special offers on chosen or all products,
- advice, information on new products, articles, special offers, etc.
If a customer specifically asks to be informed on it, the information is sent via e-mail or mail. The user can opt out of this service at any time in either of two ways:

• by logging in to his account and ticking off Inform me on My Account bookmark
• by sending back the e-mail with the I RESIGN note.

Credit card transaction security

Choosing a credit card payment option a customer is redirected to the AllPay system processing credit card payments. All transaction data in the AllPay system are sent via a secure, encrypted connection directly to the credit card authorisation centre. No unauthorised person is able to view the data. No access is granted even to either AllPay system personnel or the online shop. The credit card authorisation centre only sends a confirmation of the payment. The shop receives the information via the AllPay system.
